Juan Williams, author and FOX commentator, is a decent fellow. He's a liberal, of course, but he's sincere and thoughtful. He's also expressed some very sensible opinions on problems facing the black community—among them, the notion that personal responsibility is a necessary (and often lacking) element among too many.
